Ben described another blow-up with his wife over finances. We traced the pattern: feeling disrespected, then withdrawing, then erupting. He was open to seeing the anger as revealing what he treasures, not just a reaction to her.
James 1:19-20 · anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God. Began connecting desires and demands (James 4).
Anger journal: log each spark, what he wanted in that moment, and one truth to preach to himself.
Review the journal together; move toward a joint session with his wife if he's willing.
